Senior AI Engineer (Python/Node.js/React)

* Upper-intermediate to advanced english (important)
* 5+ years of experience in Python;
* Experience with Node.js / Nest.js;
* Experience with React;
* Experience working with self-hosted models such as Ollama or similar stacks;
* Experience with prompting, RAG, AI agents, and model integration;
* Experience building REST APIs;
* Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD;
* Experience with Postgres, Redis, or similar databases;
* Should be available to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
Nice to have
* Experience with LangChain / LangGraph;
* Experience with vector databases;
* Experience with voice AI, STT/TTS, Twilio, or WebRTC;
* Experience deploying and optimizing inference workloads.
Responsibilities
* Build applications on top of self-hosted AI models;
* Develop AI agents and conversational workflows;
* Work with model orchestration, prompting, and context management;
* Implement backend services and APIs;
* Build AI services in Python;
* Develop frontend interfaces in React;
* Integrate AI features with internal and external systems;
* Support deployment and operation of AI services in cloud environments.
