As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams toward optimal collaboration and problem-solving strategies.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for facilitating workshops to enhance team efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with lean-agile principles.
* Elevate the skills of your team members by providing coaching on various Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize key events like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
2. Maintain a cohesive program-level calendar, ensuring timely execution and minimizing delays.
3. Streamline risk and impediment management processes to minimize obstacles.
4. Promote a smooth flow of value across the organization.
5. Foster effective dependency management and architectural planning.
