Business Data Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team in Brazil. This role involves working closely with product managers and product owners to gather business requirements and document them. The successful candidate will be part of an Agile Product Delivery team and will have the opportunity to develop roadmaps to drive the company forward.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of IT and business experience, with a focus on Supply Chain. They should be proficient in tools like Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA, as well as SQL knowledge. Experience in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams is also essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Working directly with product managers and product owners for business requirements gathering and documentation
* Being part of Agile Product Delivery
* Leveraging reporting tools for analysis like Office and Power BI
* Developing roadmaps to drive the company forward
* Acting as a liaison across all areas such as business units, information technology, and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendations
Additional skills required include:
* Good communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization and time management skills
* Understanding of cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems (systems and data)
* Familiarity with MS Power BI for Business reporting and Self-service
* Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domains
* Knowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to help inform the product vision and roadmap
* Experience creating automated data quality management rules
