Role Description This is a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Fortaleza, CE, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion. Daily tasks include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online presence, and engaging with audiences in a timely and professional manner. The role involves analyzing web and campaign performance data, generating reports, and making recommendations to improve results. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, support organizational initiatives, and ensure that all digital communication follows brand guidelines and applicable policies. Qualifications Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform analytics. Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Familiarity with basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, image or video editing) is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus. Knowledge of the local context in Fortaleza and Ceará and the public or institutional sector is desirable but not required.
