 
        
        We're looking for a seasoned video editor to create engaging direct response videos for our DTC fragrance brand. Your key responsibilities will include editing reaction videos, testimonials, and ads that drive conversions across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Edit 10-15 user-generated content (UGC) videos per week from raw creator footage.
 2. Create compelling hooks and maintain viewer engagement throughout videos.
 3. Add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
 4. Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
 5. Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts and improvements.
 6. Maintain brand consistency across all content.
Requirements
 1. 5+ years of experience in video editing.
 2. A portfolio demonstrating UGC and direct-response video work.
 3. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
 4. Motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred).
 5. Understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization.
 6. Fast turnaround times while maintaining quality.
 7. Prior experience with DTC brands is a plus.
 8. Experience with AI tools.
 9. Experience with Meta Ads.
