The Role
JoVE is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist - Digital Course Materials & Access Programs to support the operational delivery and adoption of JoVE's digital science video platform across higher education institutions.
This role sits within the Sales Enablement team and focuses on managing course material adoptions, supporting bookstore affordability programs such as Inclusive Access and Equitable Access, and ensuring the reliable delivery of JoVE content through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
While JoVE's Customer Success team works directly with faculty on course-level implementation, this role focuses on operational workflows, adoption tracking, data analysis, and identifying trends or systemic issues affecting digital course material delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational and analytical skills with meaningful experience working with LMS platforms and LTI-based integrations used in higher education courseware delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage course material adoptions and digital product fulfillment across higher education accounts.
* Support the implementation and administration of Inclusive Access and Equitable Access programs with university bookstores.
* Coordinate course setup and delivery of digital materials through bookstore distribution systems.
* Analyze sales, adoption, and fulfillment data to create reports and dashboards that support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
* Provide insights to Sales leadership on adoption performance and program growth.
* Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in bookstore and digital distribution workflows.
* Monitor workflows that support JoVE content delivery through Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, etc.). Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable program delivery.
* Apply working knowledge of LTI integrations and LMS courseware delivery models to diagnose access or authentication issues.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years experience in EdTech, digital publishing, sales operations, or academic technology environments
* Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace, etc.)
* Demonstrated experience working with LTI integrations or LMS-based courseware delivery
* Strong experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
* Results-driven, strong organization and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
