Role OverviewThis is a full-time remote role for a B2B Growth Lead focused on building and scaling IPM’s outbound and partner-led revenue engine. You will own B2B outreach end-to-end, from identifying the right accounts to initiating conversations and moving qualified opportunities into structured sales discussions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and works closely with leadership to continuously refine how we go to market. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn B2B outreach end-to-end across email, LinkedIn, and partner-led channelsResearch and identify high-fit accounts, organisations, and decision-makersCraft thoughtful, personalised outreach messages that start meaningful conversationsInitiate and manage early-stage conversations with prospects and partnersQualify opportunities and progress them into structured sales discussions with the wider sales teamCollaborate closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategyTrack outreach activity, responses, and outcomes, using data to improve conversion and effectiveness over timeWhat We’re Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalise outreach and build rapportProven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or early-stage sales conversationsComfort researching accounts and navigating decision-maker conversationsA structured, organised approach to tracking outreach and follow-ups (CRM familiarity preferred)Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentExperience working with corporate clients, partnerships, or professional services is a plusExposure to education, training, or professional certification environments is helpful but not required
