About the Role:
 * This Administrative Assistant position is responsible for issuing and controlling domestic and international invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring and maintaining client and supplier contracts, and supporting daily administrative routines.

Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
 * Previous experience in financial and administrative routines
 * Fluent English (mandatory)
 * Knowledge of management tools (ERP, spreadsheets, and reports)
 * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
