Learning Solutions Designer
To excel in this role, you will focus on creating innovative learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be responsible for designing holistic solutions that engage team members and business partners in the design process to ensure flexible and learner-centric solutions.
* Innovative Design Thinking: Apply creative and forward-thinking approaches to projects to keep our approach to designing learning up to date with products and solutions offered to clients.
* Agility and Adaptability: Be able to adapt quickly to changing business requirements, projects, and resources using agile methodologies to meet business needs.
* Solution Development: Develop solutions across a broad set of learning modalities and tools without creating redundant solutions.
* Learning Outcomes Measurement: Measure outcomes and ensure learning solutions result in the intended business impact.
This role requires 3+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing. Familiarity with eLearning tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, and Synthesia is also necessary, as well as experience working with Learning Management Systems.
