Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct thorough legal research and prepare accurate documents
 * Organize and maintain client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
 * Communicate effectively with clients, gathering information and providing updates
 * Manage calendars, answer phone calls, and perform various clerical tasks
 * Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics
 * Ensure all legal requirements are met, including filing documents with courts
Requirements:
 * 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 * Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Collaborative team spirit and commitment to confidentiality
 * A quiet, private workspace
 * Must be at least 21 years old
 * English mandatory
 * Portuguese mandatory
