Reporting to: Regional ManagerReported to by: Accounting Manager, HR Supervisor, IT Supervisor, Inventory StaffTargets of the Position:
* Provide monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet of the Region
* Take Responsibility of correct and accurate Store Accounting
* Provides Reports and Statistics in order to manage and improve the Operations of the Region
* Ensure the necessary Legal Procedures on Accounting, Tax matters, and Labor Law
* Ensure the lowest possible Cost and highest possible Productivity in the reposting departments
Specific Powers and Responsibilities:
* Organize an efficient Accounting Department especially for the Accounting of all Procedures which concern the Stores (“Store Accounting”)
* Administrate all HR and Payroll matters of the Region, legally and financially
* Provide the necessary Information to the Company’s Tax and Accounting Advisors and Auditors
* Validate unusual Inventory results of Stores and Warehouse, ensures reliable data
* Administrate the Regional IT Requirements and Infrastructure in coordination with the Head Office IT
* Keep the Keys of all Stores and Vaults in the Region
* Decide on reporting Staff Salaries in Accordance with the Salary Policies of the Company
* Participation in the Administration Managers Meeting, Regional Meeting and Round Table
