Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the development, execution, and management of brand initiatives for the 99 platform's driver partners. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling brand moments, driving engagement across multiple channels, and ensuring brand consistency.
Key responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, strategizing and optimizing marketing actions to increase brand presence and platform partner driver engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within delivery, tech, mobility, or consumer-focused industries. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus.
