**Purpose**:
- Manage the customers' requirements as per the established Service Agreement and to monitor customer service needs, follow up port calls and provide support to the customer.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Coordination with SASA Account sales on matters related to the coordination and service performance of Husbandry port calls entering the area.
- Respond and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned correctly to responsible for service execution.
- Ensure advance funding (approved by customer) is remitted correctly to local agent's bank account at least 3 days before vessel arrival.
- Coordinate port calls and services effectively, including proper monitoring of the vessel and attendance to any change requests in compliance with Ships Agency Standard Operating Procedures, including correct use of the operating systems (WASP and Virtual Agent whenever applicable).
- Select and book suppliers and sub-agents using standard supplier management processes and systems and in compliance with Supplier Governance standard.
- For global port calls, monitor the execution of the port call and work closely with Operations to ensure that we meet customers' expectations.
- Register and follow up complaints/non-compliances through Improvement Potential system.
- Attend business review meetings with customers as required and interact with the relevant KAMs.
**Accountabilities**:
- Volume of port calls handled.
- Response to customer as per agreed targets, especially related to enquiries, port call follow up and sending Pro-forma DA's to customers within agreed timelines.
**Qualifications**
Profile of the position holder:
- Reasonable standard with experience rather than formal education.
- Experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations.
- Fluent English - both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Computer literate.
