Job Description - Finance and Sales Admin Support
This role will be responsible for supporting the Finance Coord with the administrative activities and financial support work, also partnering with the sales team. Such as accounts payable, vendor relationships, accounting or treasury reporting, and other duties as assigned to provide general organizational support.
The Finance and Sales Admin Support will be responsible for:
Accounts payable and Accounts receivable activities
- Bank conciliation and other financial reports
- Month end reporting support
- Expenses report routine support
- Order to Cash activities (Billing requests, invoicing, collecting, etc)
- Organize files such as Vendors and Costumers Agreements, Legal, accounting and financial documents
- Take care of office facilities
- Monitor and order supplies
Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree on going in areas like Business Administration, Financial, Economics, and others
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills (English and Portuguese)
- Proeficient in MS Office (Word, excel e PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong experience in financial reports, and accountability will be appreciated
