Job Description
The role of the SAP Data Assurance Manager involves overseeing the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
This requires collaboration with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
Leadership and mentorship skills are essential in this role as the candidate will be providing guidance to other data team members and ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Finally, the successful candidate will track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
