Technical Cutover Lead
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the successful deployment and localization of a SAP S/4HANA system in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure for K-C business segments in Asia.
* Collaborate with project teams, including leadership, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and stakeholders, to execute all technical activities according to a pre-planned sequence and ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
* Manage traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Key responsibilities include co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring readiness of the technical landscape, completing remaining SAP build configuration and development tasks, and localizing SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related leadership role. A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points is required. The Technical Cutover Manager will be responsible for managing all technical activities of other technical cutover resources, requiring prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
