Job Description
This role will be responsible for the integration of medical imaging AI products with hospital information systems, providing clinical technical support and ensuring successful product implementation to promote adoption within radiology departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for AI application deployment, including connecting imaging devices and PACS/RIS systems, installing and updating AI software, performing system integration tests, and resolving technical issues such as computation failures and network connectivity.
Provide product training, technical consultation, and workflow support to radiology departments and IT staff.
Conduct market research, analyzing clinical workflows and competitor technical solutions.
Collect clinical feedback to assist in product iteration and optimization.
Assist in preparing technical proposals for tenders and delivering product demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Clinical Medicine, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
Familiarity with hospital information systems, especially PACS, and an understanding of radiology department workflows. Prior relevant experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is required for effective business communication.
Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel and provide on-site clinical support as required.
