Typical activities may include:
- Assist with Rockwell Automation drive start-up, preventive maintenance, and warranty support
- Provide assistance with Rockwell Automation product support, repairs and or installs
- Perform Installed Base Evaluation collection activities
- Perform onsite Rockwell Automation Parts Management Agreement Audits
- Perform I/O Checkout
- Perform Panel Inspections
- Perform training classes on Rockwell products
- Assist remanufacturing center on duties activities
- Revise or create engineering drawings (if Autocad trained)
- Support other Rockwell Automation business units as needed
