Requirements (must have): 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product development Previous experience in i Lottery, gaming, or digital transactional platforms is a strong plus Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian – both written and spoken Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong documentation and communication skills (technical writing included) Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in international/multilingual project environments (corporate setup) Tasks: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to i Lottery systems (ticketing, user flows, digital interfaces, etc.) Translate business requirements into clear documentation: BRD, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with Portuguese- and English-speaking stakeholders Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities Identify and communicate potential risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities in current business processes Languages: English (very good), Portuguese, Italian – must have Team: International setup (Manager in the US, team members from Italy, Spain, Poland, US) Tech profile: Typical BA in IT projects, ideally with gaming/transactional (fin) background Soft skills: Strong communication, proactivity, experience in large organizations and global projects Recruitment process: Likely one stage
