 * Identify and engage talent using AI-powered recruiting tools like Findem.AI
 * Build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
 * Develop personalized messaging strategies to attract top-tier professionals
 * Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs and craft effective hiring strategies
 * Ensure job postings are compelling, inclusive, and aligned with our brand and hiring standards
 * Stay current on market trends, product landscape, and business priorities to enhance recruiting effectiveness
 * Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement
 * Maintain accuracy and compliance in Workday ATS throughout the hiring process
 * Collaborate on employer branding initiatives through content engagement
Requirements
 * Key Requirements
 * Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
 * Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week onsite in São Paulo
 * Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or direct search experience in the tech sector
 * Proficiency in sourcing passive talent and understanding local market dynamics
 * Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
 * Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
 * Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion through recruiting practices
 * Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred)
