We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This ongoing role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.
About the Role:
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Nice to Have:
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
