Job Description
Leading and joining the meetings as member in HSE WGs;
Preparation and participation in HSE Committees;
In a daily basis, register in the system unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, behavior deviations and Environmental emergencies. Follow up action plans;
Assist to plan and implement safety and health programs and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health;
Technical advisor for high potential risk activities, such as Work at Heights, Hot Work, Electricity, Ammonia system, Industrial vehicles, Confines Spaces and Sanitization;
Ensure and control that all employees have received appropriate PPEs according to their activities;
Provide proper trainings regarding Healthy and Safety for employees and visitors;
Maintain a system to register Incidents, Accidents and Actions;
Carry out Safety inspections in a daily basis on the field, reporting and proposing actions;
In a daily basis, register in the system unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, behavior deviations and Environmental emergencies;
Carry our risk assessment for equipment and facilities;
Carry out ergonomic analysis according to operational activities;
Lead accident investigations in order to identify root cause and actions;
Academic Background
Bachelor or Diploma with professional qualification in HSE: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and OSHA. Registration and certificate in Kawadar (HSE Professional or Practitioner)
