In this role you will: (responsibilities) Must-Have: Broad experience in cloud implementations & support Experience in leading Oracle cloud support project Good understanding of global support model Collaboration with end users and problem solving skill Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules) Good-to-Have Able to work independently with customer Agile way of working Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support Issue resolution and fix Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue Work with Oracle on Service request Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution Period close activities What can you expect from us?
