We are looking for a
ServiceNow Developer,
who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
Package, test, validate, and deploy Windows and macOS applications using enterprise packaging standards.
Conduct pilot deployments, gather feedback, and refine packages before broad release.
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment failures, performing root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage ServiceNow change controls, create release documentation, and ensure audit/compliance readiness.
Maintain an organized, validated software package repository for both operating systems.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Helpdesk, Security, and application owners to support cross-team delivery.
Ensure deployments meet requirements for security, compliance, and GxP (when applicable).
Mandatory Skills
Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune for Windows packaging and deployment.
Experience with JAMF Pro for macOS packaging and distribution.
Strong knowledge of packaging formats:
- Windows: MSI, EXE, PowerShell
- macOS: PKG, DMG, shell scripting
Experience using ServiceNow for changes, requests, and deployment workflows.
Solid understanding of endpoint engineering, software deployment, and device management best practices.
Desirable Skills
PowerShell automation, MSIX, App-V, and custom scripting (Windows).
Hybrid SCCM–Intune co-management experience.
Certificate signing/notarization for Windows and macOS packages.
Experience in GxP or validated environments.
Ability to build reports and dashboards related to deployments and compliance.
Additional endpoint engineering expertise (SCCM, MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, PowerShell, shell scripting, PKG, MSI, ServiceNow).
