* Manage your own client portfolio, ensuring they consistently receive what they need even before they ask.
* Proactively seek upsell opportunities, expand contracts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
* Handle crises smartly and efficiently.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommend actions based on real evidence.
* Work closely with internal teams like marketing, product, and tech to keep campaigns on track.
* Embrace change and propose process improvements when needed.
Your Qualifications:
* A seasoned account professional with 34 years of experience.
* A self-starter with strong time management skills.
* Proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and remote work software.
* Improvement-minded and always looking for ways to do things better.
* A team player with battlefield spirit: knowing when to support and when to lead.
