We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to maintain and grow our existing and potential client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, overseeing their continued development on the Digistore24 platform.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients with navigation of the Digistore24 platform, including new features and issue resolution
* Fostering continued business through relationship nurturing and value provision
* Communicating effectively with clients via chat or video call, ensuring timely issue resolution and frequent follow-up
* Working independently to achieve account satisfaction, collaborating with team members as needed
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, direct response marketing knowledge, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
A key requirement is fluency in English; Portuguese language proficiency is also essential. Spanish language skills are an added bonus.
Other essential skills include strategy implementation and negotiation, time management, planning, and prioritization, organization, proactive and reactive problem-solving, and adaptability to changing situations.
In this role, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and platform features through ongoing self-education.
This position requires a motivated individual who can work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results-driven outcomes.
Regular task tracking and performance reporting will be necessary to meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
