This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.The OpportunityFew people think about all the nuances and layers of detail that go into making a product, but that's exactly what Product Analysts do. These professionals collaborate closely with Product Leads, Delivery Leads, Design and Engineering teams to understand business needs and vision. Their role is to execute and bring that vision to life by translating these needs into technical requirements. In essence, Product Analysts bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and the detailed specifications necessary for product development.ResponsibilitiesWork with different stakeholders to understand business needs and objectivesCollaborate with team members to break down abstract client needs into precise product requirementsHelp keep development running smoothly by managing requirement backlogsWrite user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tickets for the engineering teamBuild a shared understanding of product requirements among the internal teamWork closely with product designers to build experiences that align with business goals and support the end-users’ needsParticipate in conversations around scope management and feature prioritizationWrite feature documentation, user guides, and release notesQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilitiesAn understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and experience working on software development projectsExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and/or requirements documentationAn Understanding of Agile development methodsDemonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementationAbility to communicate clearly and rally teams and individuals around a visionStrong documentation and technical writing skillsAbility to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders from different backgroundsSelf-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlinesAbility to approach complex problems with a critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindsetInterest in working with AIProficient in communicating and writing in EnglishEven if you don’t have expertise in all of the qualifications listed, we value new perspectives and backgrounds and encourage you to apply.
