We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure systems. This role is hands-on and operational in nature, with a strong focus on infrastructure as code, cloud services, and continuous delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering and platform teams to ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys balancing delivery with operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure‑as‑code practices
* Support and improve Kubernetes-based platforms, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines
* Build and operate AWS-based infrastructure using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Transfer Family, RDS, and S3
* Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
* Support identity and access workflows, including SAML-based integrations
* Contribute to technical documentation, design decisions, and operational runbooks
* Prioritize and manage work in a Kanban-style operational environment with competing demands
What We’re Looking For
* Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking fundamentals
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD systems in real-world environments
* Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, including modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments
* Solid understanding of operational concerns such as system reliability, scalability, security, and cost
* Experience building and supporting AWS infrastructure
* Experience using GitHub Actions to support CI/CD workflows
* Strong understanding of identity concepts, including authentication, authorization, and SAML
* Strong written communication skills, especially for technical documentation and design explanations
* Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Nice to Have
* Experience with tools such as Netlify, Okta, Apache Kafka, or Redis
* Background working on platform or developer enablement teams
* Experience supporting infrastructure in regulated or compliance-focused environments
