The role maintains comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and software functionalities, facilitating knowledge sharing and future maintenance, which enhances team collaboration and project sustainability. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, design, and product management, to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. The role participates in code reviews to learn from peer feedback, contributes to code quality improvements, and ensures adherence to coding standards, following guidance from senior developers.**You're the right fit if:*** You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.* Your skills include strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (such as .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio) along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.* You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience developing software solutions as an individual contributor, including experience building and maintaining production systems.* Experience with Windows applications, Citrix, Terminal servers and Azure DevOps* Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe);* Advanced English (daily interaction with USA, Europe and Indian teams)* You have experience of troubleshooting issues in production environments, implementing testing strategies such as unit testing, integration testing, behavior-driven development, or test-driven development, and contributing to Agile or Scrum-based teams.**Nice to have skills that are highly relevant for the role:*** Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub, AWS Cloud.* Experience in healthcare interoperability (HL7, ADT concepts) or other high-integration domains.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Self-starter, willing and able to quickly learn new applications and technologies.* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, cross-discipline environment.* Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to understand and assess a complex software application or scenario with a particular focus on the development.**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
