This position is focused on managing customer demand, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring small projects, enhancements, and requests are delivered clearly and efficiently.You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams — bringing structure, organization, and communication to ongoing work. Your ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage expectations will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and delivery success.What You’ll Do (Job Summary) Own and manage the queue of requests from active customers, including small projects, enhancements, and development demandsAct as a primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholdersValidate scope, urgency, and feasibility of incoming requestsSet and manage customer expectations around timelines and deliveryProvide regular status updates and ensure clear backlog visibilityMonitor, prioritize, and organize ticket queues and demand pipelinesSupport project-related work such as implementations, training, and internal coordination as neededCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and communicationThis role is primarily office-based and works closely with internal teams, with flexibility to support customer-facing activities as demand evolves.What You Bring (Required) 2+ years of experience working in projects (implementation, support, training, or analytics)Experience working within IT companiesStrong organizational and prioritization skills• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneouslyExperience working with ticketing systems, backlogs, or request queuesIntermediate to Advanced English (required)Bachelor’s degree (IT-related degree preferred)Ideal Candidates Also Have (Nice to Have) • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project toolsExposure to DevOps or project management environmentsSpanish language skillsStrong logical problem-solving abilitiesComfort leading discussions and communicating with diverse stakeholdersWhy Your Work Matters at MTech MTech Systems supports producers in over 50 countries.
