About the Role:
The Account Growth Manager is responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and expansion.
* Conduct regular account reviews to provide insightful business reviews and actionable recommendations to customers.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to support customer success and drive overall business objectives.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize revenue potential.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales performance expectations.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices to drive business results.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with complex sales cycles, requests for proposals, and public tenders.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise IT environments.
* Knowledge of open source software, API management, and IAM technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
