About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced project manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
* Collaborate with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Foster open communication and ensure seamless collaboration among team members
* Continuously improve project processes and tools to increase efficiency and predictability
* Track and report on project progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
