Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory research, particularly in global trade regulations, and a strong understanding of international laws and frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor legislative and regulatory changes across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.) to ensure compliance.Track and analyze customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements.Interpret and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity.Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes as required.Ensure research and documentation meet ISO process standards.RequirementsBilingual: English + one LATAM language (Spanish or Portuguese).5+ years of professional experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research.Working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems.Familiarity with international trade laws and frameworks (EAR, ITAR, EU Dual Use, WCO, etc.).
Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
