About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy working with WordPress and creating compelling content for emails and landing pages, this role is for you.
* Professional English Proficiency is a must.
* Hiring interviews will be conducted online.
What you’ll do:
* Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.
* Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.
* Track, analyze, and report performance.
* Understand the audience and work on improving the copy from email marketing campaigns.
Musts
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
* Proven track record of generating leads organically through inbound marketing (will be verified during interviews)
* WordPress & Elementor
* SEO
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
* Email marketing campaign content creation
* Landing page creation
* 3+ years of experience in B2B markets
This is a senior role requiring demonstrated expertise in B2B inbound organic lead generation.
This role is not for you if:
* You have only worked with Ads and paid media before.
* You have only worked for marketing agencies before
* You don't have any experience with generating leads and measuring the results.
Nice to have:
* Basic HTML/CSS
* Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.
* Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
* Familiarity with Google Sheets
* This is a remote position.
* Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST)
