Optimize content allocation (banners, carousels, channels, campaign cards) to drive engagement and conversion. Implement real-time testing and personalization to boost the Visit-to-Purchase rate and overall operational efficiency. Partner with product, content, and design teams to craft dynamic homepage experiences backed by data insights. 🔍 Search & Recommendation Engineering Lead strategy, daily operations, and optimization for in-app search and recommendation systems. Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to iterate on ranking, hot keywords, autocomplete, and contextual suggestions. Analyze user intent and behavior to refine traffic allocation, exposure, and recommendation strategies that maximize CTR and GMV. Develop real-time dashboards and run A/B tests to continuously elevate performance across discovery journeys. 🎯 Traffic Resource Management Oversee dynamic allocation and weighting of all in-app traffic channels (Search, Recommendation, Jinguang, Channels, In-Outreach, etc.).
