Expert ServiceNow Architect
The role of the ServiceNow Technical Expert is pivotal in building and evolving ServiceNow as a comprehensive IT solution. This individual will take hands-on architectural decisions, guide and supervise external partners in development and application management, and directly contribute to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
This expert will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across a broad range of modules—including Service Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources, Visualizations and Reports (VR), custom applications, integrations, and more—ensuring ServiceNow meets the needs of a modern, integrated IT landscape.
* Hands-on Architectural Decisions: Make key decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Guiding External Partners: Guide and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* ServiceNow Administration: Perform tasks within ServiceNow, including configuration, development, and administration.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Module Usage and Advice: Investigate and advise on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across various modules.
* Platform Design Best Practices: Ensure platform design follows best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Training and Enablement: Provide training regarding ServiceNow, stretching from end users to technical staff and architects.
