Tech heavy role. Technical SASE with customer facing experience.
MUST ne good in Portuguese ;

Very little travel required for internal training only.
Managing all customers in LatAm in Brazil- Portugese and English
Team has 3 engineers-
4-5 years experience. Senior profiles are also fine as long as has exp in a customer success role.
This role supports 10-15 High Touch customers and SASE (Prisma access)
Tech skills on SASE access exp, being able to design and architect solution on SASE.
Training will be giving for Prisma access
Communicate directly with High end customers; help them architect design for SASE and best practices.
Any SASE tools/tech exp not necessarily PAN is fine
Tech heavy people who are willing to do customer facing is fine.
