About the Role
* This role involves working with complex data platforms, designing and implementing effective solutions that meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud, with experience in configuration, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of program code and applications.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining data models, test scripts, and build scripts using IT processes and automation tools.
2. Conducting unit tests, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring secure coding practices.
3. Leveraging knowledge of service-oriented design (SOA) principles to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
4. Providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven experience in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using Import Wizard and Data Loader utility.
* Knowledge of SQL queries, data modeling, and governance practices.
* Experience with multi-country deployments, managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com, and setting up custom Field Service packages.
