Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist
Description:
In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in infrastructure related to manufacturing information systems. You will identify methods and architect solutions to provide high-level service to end-users of the application(s). This position requires building out, maintaining, and troubleshooting rapidly expanding application system and its infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting upgrades installation documentation of infrastructure related Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems which includes PLM database management project management systems CAD PDM systems
* Administration new existing technologies including design documentation install configuration maintenance integration testing related systems
* Collaborate with business customers on hardware middleware application requirements
* Collaborate vendors engineers analysts leadership ensure integrity databases application software data
* Regular system monitoring verifying integrity health availability all systems key processes reviewing application system logs ensuring completion scheduled jobs
