Full Stack Engineer

* 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with expertise in Next.js, Go, and MySQL.
* A strong background in AWS services including ECS Fargate, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, and IAM.
* Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, data workflow architecture, and pipeline development.
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product delivery through CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, DevOps, DBA tasks.
* Familiarity with Geo Spatial Data, AdTech, and Online Advertising platforms.
* A proven track record in performance optimization, diagnosing bottlenecks, and implementing preventive measures.
* The ability to clearly communicate complex technical problems and propose actionable solutions.
* Comfortable working in iterative/agile environments with frequent releases.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and provide transparent status updates.
* Self-motivated and organized, with experience owning projects from concept to production.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing, developing, and delivering features and improvements to the product suite in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
* Collaborating with management, engineers, and stakeholders to uphold quality and delivery standards in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* Advocating for and implementing improvements to product quality, scalability, performance, and security.
* Solving technical problems of moderate to high complexity, proposing and delivering sustainable solutions.
* Writing and maintaining clean, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring consistency across the codebase.
* Conducting code reviews and helping establish and reinforce coding best practices.
* Identifying and addressing technical debt and proposing improvements to team efficiency.
* Taking ownership of projects, shipping features and improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating on larger initiatives.
