Hi, I'm Lena, founder of Go! Running Tours. This is a unique opportunity to take on the role of Growth Marketer within a global running company. You’ll be responsible for all marketing activities for our B2C and B2C clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new B2C and B2B market segments, seeking 100%+ growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize email marketing, including newsletters, automated flows, data analysis, and creative copy.
Plan, run, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
Research emerging technologies, trends, and tools that can create a competitive advantage.
Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to expand the client base.
Work directly with the founder and global team, receiving support and feedback at every step.
Desired Qualifications & Traits
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, automation, and performance measurement.
Creative storytelling and copywriting ability.
Proven execution skills: a fast mover who takes initiative, collaborates well, and drives results.
Attention to detail, organized, and detail‑oriented in execution.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal internal meetings (2–3 hours a week).
Passion for growing marketing initiatives, testing, learning, and scaling.
Employment Details
USD 1,400 a month for 25 hours a week. Part‑time role managed via Upwork. A remote position with flexible scheduling.
