The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with colleagues to deliver results.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of various projects
* Maintain effective communication with clients via email, phone, or other means
* Collaborate with team members to ensure client expectations are met
* Identify and present linguists' experience relevant to each project
* Recruit additional linguists when needed
* Evaluate project profitability and client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Proficiency in English; proficiency in an additional language is beneficial
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
