What you'll doOwn Brazil GTM (B2B & B2C): Define ICPs, test consumer funnels, and build target lists, messaging, pricing, and objection-handling strategies for exporters, fintechs, marketplaces, remittance companies, creators/affiliates, and high-intent retail users.Bring & grow pipeline: Activate your network, run disciplined outbound motions, and convert prospects into pilots and production usage.Stand up on/off-ramps: Source, evaluate, and close partners across OTC/prime, custody/wallets, processors/PSPs, banks, and compliance vendors; secure SLAs and operating limits.Route & optimize flows: Select the appropriate rails for each transaction, enhance spreads, limits, and reliability, and document playbooks.Evangelize the story: Represent Velaro with customers, partners, and at industry events; tailor narratives for CFOs, treasury teams, product leaders, and risk/compliance stakeholders (PT/EN; ES/Mandarin a plus).What you'll need (Requirements)7–10+ years in BD/Partnerships or Enterprise Sales within fintech, payments, or crypto, with a proven record of quota ownership and closing.Hands-on experience with stablecoins (USDT/USDC) and cross-border payment flows; ideally with real corridor operations (preferably BRL ⇄ USD).Ability to bring warm leads (banks, PSPs, OTC desks, custody providers, exporters, large merchants) and open doors quickly.Strong commercial negotiation skills, including SLAs and pricing, with financial institutions and liquidity providers.Working knowledge of Brazilian compliance (KYC/KYB/AML, Travel Rule) and how to position compliance as a sales enabler.Strong funnel discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot), data-driven decision-making, and crisp written communication.Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish or Chinese is a plus .Nice to haveExperience launching on/off-ramp products (fiat ⇄ USDT/USDC), consumer acquisition loops, affiliate/referral programs, or B2C wallets.Background in treasury, FX routing (bank FX vs. OTC/prime vs. CEX/DeFi), or pricing optimization.Existing relationships with tier-1 Brazilian banks, PSPs, exchanges, OTC desks, or custody providers.
