Job description
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company's sales targets. Proactively seek new clients while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to enhance market share and sales performance.
* Formulate marketing strategies and plans, participate in the planning and execution of marketing promotion activities such as exhibitions, to enhance the company's visibility and establish a favorable image within the industry.
* Track order execution to ensure accurate and timely delivery of coffee beans. Provide excellent after-sales service to clients, handle client complaints and issues. Promptly communicate with relevant departments to ensure issues are properly resolved.
* Adhere to the company's rules and regulations and various management systems to ensure the compliance and efficiency of sales activities.
* Develop coffee bean procurement plans based on the company's sales plans, inventory levels, and market demands, including determining the quantity, varieties, and grades of purchases.
* Ensure the timely, qualitative, and quantitative execution of procurement plans, maintain close communication with suppliers, and coordinate to resolve issues arising during the procurement process.
* Screen and evaluate potential coffee bean suppliers, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers to ensure stable supply and price advantages of coffee beans.
* Conduct detailed analysis of procurement costs, formulate procurement budgets based on the company's financial status and sales plans, and strictly control expense outflows during the procurement process.
* Collect market information on coffee green beans, understand competitors' procurement strategies and pricing levels, and provide a basis for the company to formulate procurement strategies.
