DescriptionThe Global People Planning Performance Manager at ABI InBev is responsible for overseeing and driving the effective planning, execution, and governance of the People function's project and portfolio management activities globally. This role ensures alignment between strategic workforce initiatives, people-related investments, and business objectives by providing visibility, insights, and control over key projects, resources, and budgets.Acting as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders, the Global People PPM leads portfolio prioritization, tracks performance metrics, and supports decision-making through data-driven analysis of overheads, headcount, and people packages.
