Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud / CRM) Location: Remote Time Zone Requirement:Must be able to work inEST time zone Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedSenior Salesforce Developerwith8+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly withSalesforce Sales Cloud/CRM, to support data clean-up, system enhancements, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, integrations, and data management while ensuring high data quality and system scalability. Key Responsibilities: Support data alignment activities for customer, distributor, and partner accounts, includingdata clean-up, duplicate removal, data migration, and imports. Implement and maintain processes to ensureaccurate and consistent account and company datawithin Salesforce. Integrate Salesforce withDun & Bradstreetdata feeds for reliable company data enrichment and maintenance. Develop and support enhancements related todata quality, account management, and CRM functionality. Collaborate withSales, Operations, IT, and Data teamsto gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide guidance ondata governance and best practicesto ensure long-term system integrity. Configure and customizeSalesforce Sales Cloudusing standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools. Develop and maintainApex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura). Implementintegrations with external systemsusing APIs and middleware platforms. Follow Salesforcedevelopment best practicesrelated to security, scalability, and maintainability. Participate incode reviews, testing, deployments, and release management. Maintaintechnical documentationand support knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong experience withSalesforce Sales Cloud and CRM implementations. Proficiency inApex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. Experience withdata migration, data quality management, and Salesforce integrations. Strong knowledge ofREST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Experience working withlarge datasets and data governance practices. Familiarity withSalesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integratingDun & Bradstreet data serviceswith Salesforce. Salesforce certifications such asSalesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator. Experience working inagile development environments .
