We are looking for a Community builder and Social Media manager to take charge of our LinkedIn accounts, interact with the tech and startup community, and participate in social selling. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be proactive in creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan to develop and maintain Mentor's client base
* Develop and execute a plan to establish a strong network within the tech and startup community globally
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Identify and acquire new employers searching for tech talent
* Generate own leads through prospecting and outreach efforts
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar roles
* A network and understanding of the HR/Recruiting industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mentality and strong analytical skills
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Business acumen and an understanding of market gaps and opportunities
* A long-term ambition to grow with the company and expand its client base
* A flair for sales and negotiation, as well as a strong communication style
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and take ownership of successes and failures
