Job Opportunity: Sr. Technical Customer Success Analyst
As a skilled professional in this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer inquiries, overseeing the global support queue and backlog, and delivering exceptional service to valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver customized technical solutions to high-priority support cases.
* Provide proactive, personalized assistance to customers.
* Strengthen relationships between the Customer Support Team and clients through technical expertise and accountability.
Technical Troubleshooting Responsibilities:
* Investigate web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector).
* Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL.
* Identify issues on Windows Application Servers and configure/troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers.
* Assist clients with database backups, migrations, and SQL troubleshooting.
