IT Support Analyst
This role requires a unique blend of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

* Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress
* Work remotely with customers to resolve problems
* Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Conduct external research to resolve issues when needed
* Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
In order to excel in this role, you should possess:
A strong understanding of delivering IT solutions within a corporate and/or enterprise environment is also desirable.
Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or a proven track record of IT experience.
