About the Role
The Executive Director will be heading the São Paulo office, with business development responsibilities for the Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia markets as well.
Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Formulate effective plans and strategies to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers in advertising agencies and clients, especially in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
* Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, including advertising agencies, marketing companies, and brands directly.
* Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
* Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
* Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve business objectives.
* Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Process Management: Develop and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive consistent performance.
* Performance Metrics Monitoring: Analyze data and performance metrics to assess progress, make strategic adjustments, and ensure achievement of business goals.
* Foster Agency and Partner Relationships: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business partners.
