About the Role
The Scrum Master role is a key position within the Agile team, responsible for facilitating team collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to optimize workflow and productivity.
* Providing coaching and guidance on lean-agile principles to teams and Product Owners.
* IDentifying and resolving impediments and risks to ensure smooth project execution.
* Optimizing the flow of value across the organization through efficient process management.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of Scrum principles and methodologies.
* Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and its applications in project management appreciated.
